A water-based exfoliating toner formulated with 7% glycolic acid an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that effectively helps to remove dead skin cells, revealing smoother, more even-toned, luminous skin. The formula features a Tasmanian Pepperberry derivative to help soothe the skin and reduce irritation associated with exfoliation. Suitable for many skin types (except very sensitive, peeling or compromised skin). Use in the evening, once daily (or start 2-3 times/week until tolerance builds), and always follow with broad-spectrum sunscreen in the morning, since AHAs increase sun sensitivity. The pH is calibrated (approx. 3.5-3.9) for optimal exfoliation. Avoid use around the eye contour, on broken skin. |
