Larine Beauty – Refund & Return Policy
At Larine Beauty, we always aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service.
Please review our refund, exchange, and cancellation policy below 👇
🔄 Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are allowed within 24 hours of purchase, and only for full-price items.
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase, also for full-price items.
- To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- You must provide the original invoice/receipt
- The products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
❌ Opened Items
- Once a product is opened or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns due to “change of mind” after opening are not accepted.
📞 Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order:
- Call us directly to start the cancellation process.
- Explain the reason for cancellation.
- Request a refund if applicable.
If the order is cancelled by Larine Beauty due to item unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is damaged or incorrect (our fault):
- We will exchange it for the same or similar product.
- Replacement delivery will be free of charge.
