| This hypoallergenic toner contains 99% Tranexamic Acid and 5% Niacinamide, which promotes skin clarity. A 7.6% reduction in melanin pigmentation and a 0.9% reduction in dark pigmentation. A 3.7% improvement in redness, a 3.4% increase in skin tone, a 3.3% reduction in dark spots, and a 0.6% increase in skin radiance. The oil is broken down into small particles using a microemulsion method to keep skin soft and supple. Seven-layer hyaluronic acid maintains 11 layers of deep hydration.
